BOX 13 ArtSpace is 100% volunteer artist-run – we do not have a staff. Exhibiting artists should be prepared to install their own work or make arrangements with a BOX ArtSpace member or a local to do so in your place. BOX 13 ArtSpace does not have a budget for expenses related to shipping work, purchasing equipment, travel expenses, etc.
Information sessions
This year, we will host two information sessions
• Virtual Session: Wednesday, September 17th 7:30 – 8:30 pm via Zoom (completed)
• In-Person Walkthrough: Saturday, September 20th 1:00-2:00 pm. Please RSVP here. Includes a guided tour of the space We encourage you to attend one or both sessions to get a full overview of the opportunity and space.

Submission Guidelines
All Exhibitions Proposals MUST include the following information.
Incomplete Proposals or those not following the below requirements will not be reviewed.

Availability: Dates cover install, opening reception, regular exhibition hours, and deinstall dates.
Exhibition Cycle 1: January 3 – February 21, 2026
Exhibition Cycle 2: February 28 – April 18, 2026
Exhibition Cycle 3: May 16 – July 3, 2026
Exhibition Cycle 4: September 4 – October 17, 2026
Exhibition Cycle 5: October 24 – December 11, 2026

Exhibition Title
PDF format
Resumé and/or CV(s) for yourself and each artist in your proposed exhibition.
The following is to be put into one PDF form
- Biography: Bios for all participants.
- Description: Describe the concept and physical details of your proposed exhibition as well as the installation plan. Be Specific. (500 words)
- Images: 10-20 images with titles, dimensions, media, and year.
Submission Deadline
September 30th, 2025
Submitting Your Proposal
Proposals are due by Midnight (11:59PM) on September 30th, 2025. Proposals received after this time will not be reviewed.

Gallery hours are Saturdays, 1 – 5PM while exhibitions are on view, or by appointment at box13artspace@gmail.com.
Next Steps
All Exhibition Proposals will be reviewed by a committee of BOX 13 Member Artists. Notifications will be sent by October 28th, 2025. Selected exhibitions will be programmed for our 2026 exhibition calendar year.
