BOX 13 ArtSpace is happy to host an Intro to Risograph Workshop run by current member Gaby Hurtado-Ramos @gabyhurtadoramos in our Back Gallery Space. The next upcoming workshop is on Monday, July 6, from 6-8pm and costs $20 per participant.

Workshop details:
Ever been curious about risograph printing? Artists and creatives adore this method of printmaking for its accessible nature, bright overlaying colors, and beautiful textures. Artist and Box 13 member Gaby Hurtado-Ramos will lead a demonstration and collaborative workshop on how to use the risograph to make drawing and collage-based prints. This is a great way to jump into the basics and come away with collaborative prints on letter-sized paper. Spaces are limited to 12 to accommodate for a chance to operate the machine.
All materials are provided.
The risograph machine is a single-drum, EZ 221U with black and seafoam green ink. Participants can make up to 20 prints on provided letter-sized multicolor cardstock paper.
Optional: Feel free to bring soft objects like yarn or printed images to collage with, if desired.
Collage materials will also be available for all.
Cost: $20 (rsvp required)
